So today I have sent out a mailing to all my friends telling them about this little blog. The whole idea is that by making this I can stay in touch with everyone without having to type out a bunch of repetitive email. Sure I'm thinking of everyone and would love to make witty correspondence with them all, but the reality is, I'm about to begin my pre-service training of the Teaching Fellows program and will really just not have the time to be emailing.

Hopefully this space will begin to look more appealing once I figure the layout tricks and get the hang of it. Meanwhile, it seems good enough to take care of the basics. So here it is and to all my friends I say "WELCOME!" 

OK, so now I've got to actually figure this blogging thing out so I can use it for my own purposes. Clearly, as a tool for communicating with many friends at once can be helpful. So time to surf it and see what’s out there in the land of Blog.

Slowly I'm starting to explore this crazy little thing called blog. There are few hours in the day to give this much effort. I've bigger fish to fry...though as everyone who knows me will tell you...I don't like fish. Not that I have anything against them personally, it's just that I prefer not to eat them and get violently ill.
